We ask that you allow 24-72 hours for our Support Team to respond, although we often address queries much sooner.

Given the nature of our digital products, which are downloadable immediately after purchase, all sales are considered final. There are no trials or grace periods post-purchase, meaning the software cannot be returned. As a result, we are unable to provide refunds once a purchase is made.

However, if the product you downloaded is completely non-functional, we will consider issuing a refund.

  • Renewals are strictly non-refundable. However, you can cancel automatic payments anytime before the renewal date through your My Account page.
  • Requests for a refund on the same product more than once are not eligible.
  • Offers and discounts cannot be used to request refunds or partial refunds on prior purchases.

Eligibility for a refund exists if the digital product is:

  • Entirely non-functional,
  • Significantly misrepresented in its main description,
  • Not downloaded or only partially downloaded from our site.
